We are not here to be efficient, polished, or optimized. We are here to feel, to express, to exist in our full and messy humanity.
Contemplating art interrupts the momentum of modern life. It invites us to pause, to breathe, to feel ourselves again. In its stillness, we recognize a kind of freedom—a refusal to be reduced to roles or routines.
